Use a Rule. BTW, do you mean all incoming messages? If so - I already do this so I don't want to recreate the steps exactly - it should go like this:

Tools | Rules and Alerts | New Rule | check "From a blank rule", and the wizard steps should be:

<skip the first dialog, and answer OK to the question "This Rule will be applied to all messages" > next
move it to the Specified folder, click on "Specified Folder and select the target folder > next
    <don't set any exceptions> > next
Specify a Rule name | Finish

Post back if you have problems.

If you want to move all Sent messages to a Personal Folder, the steps are similar, and you have to turn off the option to Save messages in the default mailbox Sent Folder.
