    Column Breaks in Reports (Access 2000)

    Is there a way to take a field that spans 80 pages in a report and insert column repeat it on the first page, then the second if needed a third ect...but broke into columns instead of spanning one length down 80 pages?

    You don't need column breaks, you must set the report to have the number of columns you want in the Columns tab of File | Page Setup, with printing order Down, then Across. Don't forget to set the column width (or the width of the report) to an appropriate value for the number of columns you want.
