Close non existing calendar (XP Dutch)

    Good afternoon,

    First of all, best whishes!

I have a question from a user of mine: is it possible to clear the list in outlook from the menu: File, Open > menu options - in which other person's calendars/notes etc. are displayed?

This person has a calendar from a person which already left the company in this menu option.
I tried to remove it, but I can't get it done!

Does anybody have a solution for me?

    Many thanks in advance,
    Daphne <img src=/S/compute.gif border=0 alt=compute width=40 height=20>

The list of most recently opened other user's folders is a binary value in the registry, it is not easy to edit or remove a single entry. You can clear the entire list by deleting the registry entry, as described in OL2000: How to Clear the "Most Recently Used" List of Folders (it should work for Outlook 2002 too)
