    Attachment Blocked (2000, Fully Patched)

I received an email yesterday that has the paperclip indicating an attachment. When I open the email, there is no attachment showing, and there's a caution bar at the top of the message that says Outlook has blocked the attachment because it is potentially damaging. The attachment is apparently named index.url. I can't find any setting within Outlook that will let me into this attachment. Help!

A .url file is a shortcut to a web page. You can download and install the free add-in Attachment Options by Ken Slovak. This adds a tab to the Tools | Options dialog in Outlook in which you can specify which extensions are blocked.
