    message notification popup (Office 2003)

    I am sure everyone is familiar with the little pop up message tell you that you have a new message. My question is, can this popup be change so that it can show other fields each time? In our forms, we have a Job/Task number assigned to each request. Can the popup be changed to show this field if the message is from our forms?

    You are able to create Rules that match the words and conditions you are looking for and which then conditionally show a Desktop Alert, but AFAIK the displayed content of the native Outlook 2003 Desktop Alerts is hard-coded and not adjustable.     You could also examine the aftermarket for notification tools, such as those listed at Slipstick.
