rule on sending on behalf (Outlook XP Dutch)

Still busy fighting Outlook (with pleasure) :-P
I want to know if the following is possible.
I am allowed to send mail on behalf of someone else.
If I send a mail on behalf of that person (using the button From in the new mail), the sent mail will be placed in MY sent Items.
I want the sent mail to be placed in the OTHER person's sent Items.
I tried to make my own rule, but I didn't accomplish my wish :-p

So, if anybody knows a solution, would you be so kind as to help me?

    Many thanks in advance!

Re: rule on sending on behalf (Outlook XP Dutch)

    Hi Daphne,

By default, Outlook/Exchange will store a message you send on behalf of another user in your Sent Items folder.

There are add-ins that will store the message in the Sent Items folder of the user mentioned in the From box.
See for example UniSent COM Add-in

If you want to create a rule, you'd have to create a special category, and remember to assign this category to each e-mail you sent on behalf of the other user. It looks rather complicated, see this newsgroup thread.
