File sharing without the RIAA watching

Regular readers of this newsletter know that I am no fan of file sharing networks. It’s not so much a moral objection as one based on the unacceptable security risks involved. I do, however, have a moral objection to the terror tactics used by the RIAA and that’s why I’m letting you know about a free utility called "The Blocklist Manager."
