Newsletter delivery issues

Some Windows Secrets readers continue to have problems receiving the Windows Secrets newsletter. In most cases, delivery interruptions are due to email anti-spam services blocking the newsletter. Be assured, our development group is hard at work trying to resolve and prevent these blockages. (This is not an unusual occurrence when a publisher such as Windows Secrets moves to a new email-delivery service.) If you didn’t get this week’s or a previous week’s newsletter, please accept our sincerest apologies. If a resend request doesn’t presently work, you can sign in to the Windows Secrets website and read the newsletters online.

In the meantime, here are a few tips to ensure timely delivery of Windows Secrets. First, please review all settings on your Preferences page. Check that we have a valid email address for delivering the newsletter. Also, ensure that your email inbox is not full. In a few cases, we can’t reply because an inbox is no longer accepting new messages.
